hey guys, well i recently got my car lowered and go new wheels on. now the problem is when i go fast my car feels REALLY unstable, 140+ km. i have already got and alignment.u guys know what could b the problem? also r the bigger wheels supose to make it harder to turn. aka the wheels seems to take control i have to use a lot more force to hold it than when i was stock. what can the problme be ????

...may-b you tire(s) r unbalanced...u should check...r you worn out strut...pret-ee sure its ur wheels being unbalanced...does ur steering wheel shake too?????

Check wheel balance. Also with the bigger wheels come more weight, that more unsprung weight which is detrimental to your handling.

i have had alignment, i will go get balnced than see, what is cv joint? the tires r still in good shape have 70% and yes my steering wheels shakes

Hubcentric rings. My steering wheel shook like crazy and after the hubcentric rings I dont notice it. I would recommend hubcentric rings for any aftermarket rims.

CV joint = constant velocity joint. it is the joint on your front axels that lets your wheels turn and keeps them turning at a constant velocity even though the angle changes. it's covered by a rubber boot and is kinda the shape of a sphere or a football.
I don't know what hubcentric rings are though... what are they and what do they do for your car?

i put hub centric rings on and they didnt do shit
