is this an oxymoron? could anyone tell me the best cheap tires? Like example nankang ns1's are really cheap...are they total shit? thanks for your help guys!

You get what you paid for basically.
I would steer clear of the Nankang tires. There are plenty of proven tires out there that are cheap.
Stick with them. Sorry for the pun.

and what size fits well with a 17x7? like 215 45 17? what sizes will fit?

215/45/17 will fit and covers up the wheel well area better. You should get hubcentric rings to prevent your steering wheel from shaking.

My steering wheel shook like crazy and people said hubcentric rings and I wondered why I never heard of them. It stopped the shaking though.

i have cheap wanli tires on now and like them a lot better than the more expensive falken ziex i used to have, i would definately recommend wanli all i have had with those are good experiences

I realized that i don't have the money to get new wheels and tires...so i'm lookin into other stuff instead...but now i'll know for the future and hopefully someone else found this info useful like i did...thanks guys

I just got some put on mine, and damn, I swear it feels like I put some $180 tire on. Handling is awsome, so is the traction. The tire still looks good. This is by far the best tire I have gotten so far.

I had Chapperros (sp) on my Talon. They were like $60 each for 205/40/R16s. Handled great. A lot of road noise when I hit bumps tho.
