Excellent bmw52786, couldn't wait to hear the results. Did the ride height of your car stay exactly the same as before with the stock shocks?

Also, how is it when you go over a pothole .. does it jolt the car or is it ok? Is the car still bouncey or all that is gone now?

Would really appreciate your input on those areas. smile

I put on the Tokico shocks and springs last April. I still love them. Lowered the car 1.25", really looks and drives much better. Ride is excellent on good roads, and good on bad roads. You do feel big bumps more, especially with my 40's on, but it is minor. It was money well spent.

ya the ride height stayed exactly the same but it was already lowered with my tein s-tech springs!
when i had stock shocks every little bump i would go over including potholes would make my whole car jolt or my cd skip so i was starting to get very annoyed with that... now that i have my aftermarket shocks the ride is so much better, the car takes bumps a lot better and smoother!
now on to bouncey... with the shocks it feels like the car is so much stifer and you just have so much more control, its awesome! thumbsup

I got them from Titan Motorsports. Bought the shock/spring combo for $425 shipped. Stuff was delivered in 3 days. Titan has awesome service.

me too...unless its a big bump, or a pothole, then its more noticeable, but thats because of the stiffer ride. No complaints here at all

Heighth drop was 1.25, which is just right for me. Leveled out the back too.

They are sold in a set...

but the more beneficial would be the rear sway to promote oversteer since our cars are FWD. the front sway is to promote better turn in but the celi already does that well stock...our slalom times are pretty good out of the box thumbsup
