Yup they are the tz-10 EXEL I used to have them. Bomex wouldn't put Exel rims on their cars.

I am absolutely, 100% postively certain.
You can get them from Bulletproof Automotive or Gruppe-S. They cost approx. $460 or $550 each (for 17x7.5 or 18x7.5, repsectively).

white rims look good on white & blue cars. imo
just a different look, and don't see many like that
