I bought my celi 6 months ago and I'm planning to sel it in about 5 years. My dreamcar is a dodge ram viper, so I have to work my ass off the next 5 years so I could buy one.

good choice on the s2000 Thanks The only other thing I'm considering now is buying a new MR2 and going FI right away. Cost should be about the same as the S2k, but I'm sort of fond of having a warranty.

I will be picking up a wrx when i am done. I need something that is four door with head room (considering i am 6'4") and that you can drive through snow or sun. The wrx is the ideal car for me. Plus the turbo doesnt hurt anything.

Realisticly I'd go with a 350Z, but maybe later I'll have the money for an R34 Skyline (preferably GT-R, but I'll take what I can get)

I love my Celica. I just got it & have huge plans for it. Perhaps after maybe 4-6 yrs, I will probably be able to afford a German car, which I always admire. If I don't still have my celica by then, I will certainly be driving a new M3.

But want to keep the celica poilished int he garage as a collectable Same here...i am keeping my Celica for the rest of my life and if i make a shit load a money a year, then i am buying one for each 2000+ in gt and gts and pimpin them out and keeping a few stock (that is if i make a shit load of money lol)...this will be for collectables...also, my other dream car is the Supra so i would love to have a 1997 15th anniversary edition TT. I would make that my other collectable (i would still drive them of course but take really good care of them and then stop driving them after a few years). I also want a Mclaren and a real shelby cobra...and a 350z and 300zx TT for shits and giggles.

As of right now, I'd like to have an Sti. Of course, I'll probably have my Celi for years to come, so we'll see what's hot when the time comes! In the mean time, I want a turbo

The newest Supra you can buy is 7 years old already... and I don't think TT's exactly lend themselves to go decades without repair. That said, I'm right there with you. I drool over TT Supras.

^^^dude, i have a great idea...im gonna buy it from some old white people. (not to sound racist) but i feel that they take care of their investment better. I always see old white people driving around in VR4s, TT Supras, TT 300ZXs. plus being around in their 60's or 70's means that they drove push the car hard. i dunno if i explained myself cleary, but you get the gist of it, right?

hmmm, in a dream world i'd like to have two celicas. one tricked out NA (tpr) and one boosted (c2power). but most likely i'll just keep my one celica and not go much further modding after next year.
assuming i get another job that is prosperous maybe an evo or g35 in like five years or so. but in that duration i'll probably be checking out the house market and being less adventurous driving-wise.

Yeah, I get the idea. Hopefully you can find one. Old people also don't drive much and keep cars FOREVER.

I'll probably get cited for blasphemy but I think my next car will be a 300C with the HEMI. Hehe, consider yourself cited. I'll likely get a Subaru, probably just an Outback Wagon, or one of the new Toyota hybid SUVs coming out later this year. This would be in addition to the Celica, to get some better offroading capability.

quite a ways down the road, but something nice like a Tundra to tow my Celi to the track when it's pulling 11's or 10's.
I get my kicks on EC.

with all the money i am gonna be investing in this celica with turbo and everything i am looking to keep it for a very long time--i mean people are still rocking rx-7 s like they are brand new and they are like 12 years old already so i hope to at least get that much out of it and it will take that long to get it the way i want it ($)
respect the gt-s
