So easy for the front. You will open you hood and go to the top of the strut tower one on each side of the car. Then pull off this little rubber cap and then right there will be you numbers 1-4 1 being soft and 4 being hard! For the rear you will have to take out all the trunk plastics in the rear. Then it will be under this little hole with an adjustment knob. You just turn the knob and there you go. In your trunk when you take out that tray thing that is right behine the back seats it will be right there one on each side. The thing is that you wont be able to reach the adjuster so you will have to take off each of the side pannels.
