maybe 2, 3 if you're lucky, this is assuming you're talking about the aem underdrive alternator pulley. I dont know how much the UR pulleys give.

If you get the UR pullies, you are looking at probably around 8 hp. You are replacing the crank pulley with their kit and that is where the numbers will come from.

ummmm...before you guys get aftermarket pulley sets, i thought that you should know that, in our stock pulley there is a harmonic balancer that surpresses vibrations that may loosen bolts and nuts around your engine, so basically aftermarket pullies that lack this feature could F*ck up your engine. i should know my bro's Bimmer got it's oil pump nut loose and no oil came into the engine, but we're not completely sure if the underdrive pulley is what caused it, we had it in for about 2 years. all i'm sayin is be careful, and Fully research the parts you buy, cause everything has certain side effects.

You should buy what you can AEM and then get the rest in UR. The UR kit is super expensive. I know my cost on the UR vs. AEM kit is 3:1. happywink

Tony's probably gonna yell at me, but...

Please please PLEASE do a search next time, this topic has been covered at least three times in the last week.

If you want to get hp out of a lightweight pulley set, go with the UR set. It is safe to use as long as you install it properly.
