yea i have the same problem, but toyota is replacing my headlight under warrenty this saturday

clean it and re-seal it, or if all else fails; make a tiny hole in the bottom of your headlight.

this is the advice i got. get the headlights light, and blow dry the inside until the condensation disappears. Or just leave it out in the sun on a hot day. After it disappears, seal it good.
However, being the lazy ass i am, i didn't have time to do it and it went away on it's own. Im guessing cause it's so damn hot here in CA.

If I change out my projectors, will opening the projector housing put me at rist of having condensation?

Heat the Oven up to 450 then turn it off. stick the headlight in there for 15 min. let the headlight sit till it cools back down. if theres still condensation in there, repeat the step as many times as necessary.
I had the same problem, i took all the time to crack them open paint them then reseal. fixed the problem till the first time i went through an automatic car wash. what happens is there are breather nozzles underneath the headlight and the car wash sprayers force water into them and up into the light. havent fixed that problem yet. not sure why the passenger side headlight is the only one suseptible. problem end up plugging them.

YES it will! Do not put them in the oven! I ruined one of mine that way. It warped, and melted.

yeah, just did it with blow dryer...it worked great, but theres some dried up smudge looking stuff on the lenses...eaiser then taking it apart and baking it...although if done i bet it would be a lot better.man they were a bitch to get out...

Why do that when all you ahve to do is drill a 2 millimeter hole into the housing where the peices form the ridge of the turn signal and let nature kill the wetness.
