I see this commercial now for Krylon Fusion paint which is suppose to bond well to plastic. Has anyone tried to paint the outside of their headlights to get the look of the TRD Eyelids?? Just wondering...

I would paint the top part of them like bats h4 kit. I would just think a can of paint and some time would be cheaper and look better. I had an h4 kit from bat in spec blue before and I didn't like how it matched and I ended up with a lot of bubbles so I took it off. I am also considering his h5 in all tint as well but thats $36 bucks for 2 square feet of tint...

I'm planning to get the h5 smoke finish. One reason I think it's better than painting is if you don't like it, just take it off.. paint is a little more permanent if you mess up or don't like the result.
