hey my friend told me to use a bottle of fuel injector because im getting really bad gas mileage...did anyone ever try this? i don't wanna mess with my car...

fuel injector cleaner, you mean. Like that STP stuff. It's really a waste of money, so don't bother.

Edit: Actually, it might not be a waste depending on how many miles you got on your celica. One bottle of that stuff every oil change ain't bad if you have a high mileage vehicle.

i only use it everytime i change oil, it helps

I'm sure it helps, but if your injectors are really bad, you should get them cleaned at the shop. They will do a flush so your whole fuel system will be clean.

Those fuel system cleaners are more a preventative measure than something that will unclog injectors. It just prevents the buildup but once they are dirty, you must have them removed and cleaned proffesionally.

you mean fuel injectors that increase octane ratings? they help by about 5 miles a gallon.
