Ive been looking for a manual GTS for a while now and of course the first one to pop up is a 2002. I know the 2002s have the lower rev limiters but I was just wondering how much slower the 2002s really were compared to the other years. So the real question is should I look into buying the 2002 or wait for a different year?

If you get a power fc not only can you raise your rev limiter, but you can start your lift earlier as well

I'm getting my 02 this weeek and was wondering if there was a cheaper way to fix the problem? My friend said that toyota was doing a recall and that I would have to contact the dealer and they could fix it. Is this true? Any other info would be great...not to thread jack

I doubt they will have a recall...best bet is getting a powerfc or an engine management system
