I'm going to have to postpone my order until the 1st. If you sell out by then I guess I'm just out of luck, but my car got towed for being in a handicapped spot which was bs but I had to pay 250 dollars to get my car back. sorry for the inconvenience.

Im very interested in buying one. I currently do not have a gas door at all and need to put one back on, might as well get the TRD one. Any instalation tips or instructione come with the door or does a bodyshop have to put this on? If I can do it myself I'll deffenitly buy one, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Being a japanese part I doubt the instructions are in english. I have one coming so I will tell you what I know. It doesnt sound like it is that hard of an install. Basically you drill the rivots out of the stock fuel door and then you use rivot gun to put the rivots (i think they are supplied, if not use the old ones) into the stock holes. You just have to be careful because there is a recoil when you use the rivot gun. If you dont feel comfortable with that, go to a bodyshop and get it done for like 20 bucks.

Yeah, thats the reason I asked was because I looked at it and saw that it was not bolted on and figured I would have to take it somewhere to get it installed, I dont have that equiptment! (and by that I mean a rivot gun, not what the dirty mind would think) haha. Thanks for the feedback though SLVCELI... spineyes

$221..OMG. What rape. Groupbuy on this 2 years ago was $165shipped through David Draper and he was makin tons off the profits. Imagine the pilfering profits $221 is when the price of this part has dropped in price and it is now cheaper in Japan. Goddamn..the hefty cost of supply and demand. If only we had someone in Japan, it would cost us roughly $91shipped after the conversion - I checked. Noooo instead you have our kind sponsors raping us blind.
Thanks a lot KaRacing! Ur my #1 paki.

newb? i've been on the forums since the days of teamunison.dot.org. what do you know about that? anyway moving on. irresponsible post? hardly. its not a joke and if i was able to link to the other site at newcelica.dot.org, i would show you the past GB's. ur raping souls and you know it. do you man. but dont call me a joker or a liar. make ur profit margin but i will call you on it if you try to make it look like i'm lying. can someone who has been around longer than 2 years back me up that these were going for $165shipped through Draper.

delete the post if you like. go ahead and suppress the truth.

free ya mind playas.

i see isaac has a censor for teamunison.dot.org. its all good since i can understand why he woouldnt even want that discussd due to the messy way it all ended. just tryin to prove that i've been around for 5yrs+ pal. i've been on these ecelica.com forums since it started. check the date man. just because i dont post a lot doesnt make me new.

hope this doesnt get me banned rolleyes

for those who want this part that bad, go ahead and buy it. its a nice appearance mod.i was just posting that i could not see a reson why someone would be sellin it over retail - $189.49. its all good though. my posts will probably get deleted anyway. no worries on my part.

EDIT: Not to get in the middle of anything and I am not choosing sides but he has been around a long time..hence his member number...pretty low unless it started over?? if not, obviously he has been around awhile...just noticed that..anyways:

i have a black car and thought it would be awesome looking...so i bought it and put it on and it is really hot!! it goes really well with a black car!

Not a great pic because my car was really dirty at the time and it was too close of a pic but here is one:

To start a new PM, your account needs to reach a certain number of public posts. This is done an an attempt to reduce drive-by spammers and scammers. You may reply to PMs without any post history though. And you can always reply publicly to their topics, or request that they send you a PM so you can continue the sale/purchase through PM that way.
