i heard the Greddy evo without a resonator and it sounded really nice. Deep and NOT fart can.

I have the greddy evo II and got it installed today and to tell you the truth, it wouldn't hurt to remove the resonator. Iknow i gotta give it a few days/weeks for it to fully break in the full sound but it's SO quiet. When it was first installed and i started the engine i really didn't anything. ANYTHING. I thought we installed it wrong or something.. but later i was driving around after the ECU reset and it got louder. It'll get louder but it's still too quiet. I say just keep your resonator removed and it'll sound nice. I want to but... eh no time or money.

Why did you remove it. Did you think you will make more power?

I just removed my resonator off my Greddy evo 2 today and put in a new 2 1/2 pipe. I really like it, sounds deep, not too loud. thumbsup

If you want it to be quiet leave the mid canister on. The tone of the exhaust is better than stock, but is no louder than stock. I wanted my exhaust to be louder so I removed the mid canister. I am in love with the sound. Deep and throaty
