I wanted to replace my warn out stock pads with something better or nicer. Toyota said that the stock ones are the best you can get. Is this true? I was thinking of upgrading the rotors but don't know where to start. Can some of you guys help? I have a 01 GT by the way. Thanks.

I've always heard TRD is pretty much the same as stock. AXXIS is the brand I hear reccomended the most.

Project Mu B-Force pads or NS pads or Zeal (if you really want to pay) except for the NA-D.
Those two companies are outstanding when it comes to brakes.

go to www.performancecenter.com [performancecenter.com] and get some Brembo crossed drilled or slotted rotors and some brembo brake pads. All that would be about twice as much as Trd brake pads themselves, but I plan on doing it. Brembo rotors will make the pads last a lot longer as well thumbsup
