Ok. I got like $500 total from my entire family for my b-day. I was just going to get springs and camber links. Now i am thinking about getting the bomex body kit. It will only be $583 shipped from hopupracing.com . So basically i will only pay $83 for the kit.

well, it the bomex kit authentic? i never knew an authentic bomex kit was worth around $500, which is a great price thumbsup

but, will additional costs of install and paint, i'd go with a suspension upgrade thumbsup

think of it like this. if you get the kit, it will look cool, right? but it would look better with a drop. if you get the drop now, it will still look cool stock. then, when you get the kit eventually, it will look great from the start. thus your car looks awesome for longer.

^^ never thought of it like that. lol. should i get hotchkis springs or Tanabe superdowns? And i sent an e-mail to monkeywrenchracing about Tanabe superdown prices for the celica. They have them for the MR-S for $109 not sure if they sell them for the celica. but i will let you guys know..cause that is a great price.

I wouldn't get the Hotchkis springs unless you're willing to pay a whole lot of money for proper shocks. Most won't be able to handle a drop like the hotchkis for very long from what I've heard.

Of course, that's not from personal experience. I bought hotchkis springs and haven't been able to put them on. If you're interested in them let me know wink

I've decided to get the tokico hp shock/spring package myself.

^^^ you need the hotchkis rear camber links. Why would hotchkis make springs that don't allow for any shocks to fit? I mean look at silver00gts he has tokico shocks with the hotchkis springs.
