I've gone through 4 different bulbs for low beam and fog..everytime it was due to the fact that i release the e-brake while parking in the garage and the light auto-on is activated..so i'm thinking maybe the DRL is causing this problem..any in put??? right now i'm running on 1 low beam and 1 fog..one on each side...

impossible. DRL uses the high beams, not the low beams. though maybe some wires or another electrical part is at fault.

^^^i guess u're right..

let me rephrase the question..would the auto-on be the cause of blown low beam??? i think so..or maybe it's just my car..

I've had my MTEC low beams in for several months, the auto-on hasn't caused any problems.

Make sure you're installing the bulbs correctly and safely (use medic-type gloves, and still do NOT touch the bulb - the gloves are only a precaution).

Otherwise, maybe some wiring/electrical problem, would be my guess.

^^^i dont think there is one.

Brandon, try disabling the DRL maybe the function of it is killing the bulb. but i can be wrong about it.
