I have rim's and tire's, and am now looking for an intake. the favorite seem to be the injen and aem, but what about the weapon r intakes. tpr mag says when they tested several the weapon r came out on top. why is there no love for wr intakes?

an intake is an intake. if you like it get it. any performance difference from weapon r, injen, aem, etc... is gonna be like a whole 1 HP. or save even more and just get an ebay intake. thumbsup

i have a silver 01 gt. i want to do a hose dress up kit, do you guys think it would be dumb to use multiple colors in the engine compartment. say a silver trd oil cap, polished intake, yellow dress up kit, with the red sway bar.

lots of colors=rice IMO stick with a basic color scheme, like red and black, blue and silver, or just 2 colors like that, but it's your car man

might look cool if you did different colored grounding kit and hose kit and stuff.. and then stuck a clock on your engine with a count down.. just make sure nobody try's to cut any of the hoses.. tongue BOOOOOM

I had a weapon R intake on my car and I could not recomend it. CEL, engine bogged at low end, bad welds on the intake pipe, vacumm leaking, my GTS got beat by a stock Focus with a mom driving the Focus. Not a good product at all. save your money.
