Hi guys, I am in the market for new tires. Right now I am using the stock bridgestone tires, however the tread is just about gone. There is maybe a half an inch left all around, and its a bit uneven. I need all weather tires since I live in Maryland and would like at least the same handling, traction, and comfort that the stock tires gave me. If it is possible, I would also like to get new rims with the tires...but I would want them to be lightweight since I dont want to weight down the car. I am running on the stock 15" alloy rims right now, so maybe a lightweight alloy 16 or 17" that will only add a few more pounds. The previous owner reversed into some shrubs so the rear rims are a bit scratched up.

Anyways, I dont need the best of the best, just good tires that wont run me in debt. I have looked at tirerack.com but it wasnt really any help because I dont know which brands of tires to look at, sizes, etc...

Thanks

Justin

Justin,

on Tirerack.com:
Kuhmo tires, in 195/60/15. Only one or two set will come up for that size, take your pick. They get great reviews, great traction, good tread life, great price.

No because the GTS comes with 16's, the GT comes with 15's unless you got the 16's as an option.
