I got a new clutch on my 91 gt a couple months ago. I was wondering, as the clutch gets older, is the "point of engagement" closer to the floor or the opposite. It seems like I need to push it in less to shift than when I got it. thanks for the help

The clutch is going bad when it feels mushy and doesnt push in easily and you see the rpms revv too high w/o it engaging quickly.

I hate that smell, I got it a couple days ago cause I had to slam on my brakes on the freeway (stupid people in front of me ) didn't engage the clutch until it started stutering. Oh well it still works fine (and I have 100245 miles on my car)
