I'll be driving my Celica in Germany (BRD) and I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a way to fit a European License plates to the back of my 2004 Celica?

Where are you going in Germany? You may be able to get the normal american sized license plate...Check my profile to see mine.

The distance between the screws is about 21,5cm. They sit, measured from the bottom of the hatch handle, about 3cm down.

And if it doesn't fit, just drill a new hole in the plate. No big deal.
