Philips screw driver(2 size prefer)
Fine tip solder gun(2 solder gun makes it easier), 15/30w from Radioshack works good
Silver type solder

1. First unscrew the two screws, marked with yellow triangle
Pull the black plastic towards you

2. Unscrew 3(red circle)

3. Push the red marked tap and pull it out

5. Unscrew the 8 screws

6. Now lift the green circuit board away from the cluster, that two red circle is where needle connector are connected.
It will slide out with little force

8. Removing the LCD panel off from circuit board
Note next step...
Try pry off the LCD panel from the circle area
But be very gentle, prying from side to side

9. Push the tabs to unclip from the board

10. Yellow triangle are the gauge LED
Yellow circles are LCD LED
Now just unsolder those LED
Solder new LED back on with little marking on the LED aiming downwards
Now slap all that baby back together!!!
