LoL, My dad always calls my car the roller skate, which I find funny. If anyone ever said "rice rocket" or "ricer" to me, I'd tell 'em "Maybe so, let me race ya on my REAL rice rocket (R6)." I know it sounds like a cop out, but come on. It's an AUTO GTS, I didn't buy it to race. The R6 on the other hand...

I passed some rednecks in a neon on a backroad. When we stopped at a light they pulled up next to me and rolled down their window. They then asked me if I was driving the new pontiac G6. I shook my head rolled up the window and made my right turn to get as far away as possible.

Just to add a nice note to these nasty people flaming our pride and joy, I am a student nurse and I wear the uniform, so when I get out of my Gen 5 I get comments like WOW and Hot car and then its "can I have your number".

One day when i was waiting for my girlfriend outside a shop... a couple were talking and looking over to my car... after a while the guy came to my window and asked if my car was a farrari... he say his wife think it's a farrari but he thinks it's a new lexus!! Some old ass guy in a jeloppy pulled up next to me at a red light...rolled down his window...and said..."sounds like an out of tune lawnmower...I admit...it is loud...so I just smiled politely...put it in neutral and bounced it off red line a few ten times and then smoked out on the green light.
