the black rubber pieces around my window and pretty much everywhere else are oxidizing pretty back and look like shit. Is there anything i can do for that?

replace them...
there's also stuff you can buy at autozone or pepboys... its like armour all ... but its specifically for the outside of your car... only lasts a few days before its back to normal though.

I usually just saturate all the rubber and plastic on the car with formula 2000 or better yet some of that good detailers dressing and let it sit for an hour or two and then wash the car.
