You have to take the gauges out but if you follow the first few steps here it will show you https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/thread.f_149125_0_collapsed_2__1.html . And the glass piece comes off and you just stick it on. A guy whose name on teamcelica.com is Hammer installed them for me. I drove about an hour to get him to install the led's since I didnt want to mess with the install. Last I heard you could send your gauges to rjautoworks but I dont know if you could have any downtime from your car.

yea they are on ebay sometimes, jsut have to be paitent. or jsut get them from procar. Takeing apart the bezel isnt to bad. done it a ton now to do s7's then led swap, then paint needles, and to put these one. One thing you have t know, the 2 plugs in the back of the gague will be a bitch to put on. jsut keep at it and pull them. i tried slowly weddgeing a screwdriver to pry them off wink

I have indiglo reverse gauges that I got from procarparts.com that hook up to the battery. The only led's are the ones on the right for the gas lcd screen.

are you talking about the carbon fiber or the S7 gauges? carbon fiber doeisnt mess up anything. The S7's are easier to install if you take off the needles, esp becasue they are 3d so the needles may get stuck if you dont take them off and push them on nto all the way smile Is pretty easy. MY mph is currently off by 5. i plan to pace with my dad when i go home for spring break and correct it smile

The needles were just stripped of the orange and a blue sharpie was used over them. They dont light up at night but I was told if I wanted to I could put white paint behind the needle and it would light up.

how so? i have worked with carbon fiber and the stuff used for the bezel is the same i have used. now the silver and black checkerboard is not real but this stuff seems to be. Sure its not layed same way as say an f1 (where they pressure cook it) but its still the same stuff. I maybe wrong but dont think so.

so whats your point. Here i'll post some below too. are you trying to point out the weve patter difference? Just becasue its not int he 2x2 pattern, its still carbon fiber. there are all kinds of patters. I dont see how your trying to say this isnt carbon fiber.

All of these were done by me. All are real carbon fiber 2x2 twill. the bezel is the same material jsut chedkerd style. When you hold it up to the light you can see through the twill wher its now percetly allighed so its not vinyl. waht do you say it is?

I think its real carbon fiber too. It says directly that it is real carbon fiber. Unless you are gonna say they are straight up lying?
