Alright, I am in the works of getting rid of my Tanabe Ultra Medalion for either one of these exhaust systems. I just need people who have these systems to give me their opinion about theirs. I know that Invidia is practically a straight through axle back, but is the RS*R the same? I want something deep but not deafening. I know there will be couple of guys that are going to say just do a search, but I think this will be quicker and I want to hear from those who have had experience with these two companies. Give me all the info you can give to help me decide which one to get.

i got invidia exhaust system and its been awesome for me. it has a very serious tuner sound to it, i chose it because its not very familiar with most tuners...id say a handful of people know about it and thats the people who do complete research for thier cars...its a very popular japanese exhuast and fits me perfect..no ricey sound and fits great under the car. RS*R was actually my other choice if i didnt get the invidia, its also a good brand, but i dont know what it sounds like...but all in all, the invidia is a good choice to go with if you want something that'll fit the deep not defening category...it doesnt sound like ass though all gears, you can barely hear it going 40mph in 4th etc but when your in race mode and shifting though 1st 2nd etc, the sound is orgasm worthy!!! you'll definitely know when your coming down the street..my wife can always tell when im coming because she hears the deep rumble plus my system is usually blastin..lol.. IMO its the true tuner/racers exhaust sound...you know how can you hear an exhaust down the street and can tell if the car is shitty or not by the sound and tone of the exhaust? well the tone that the invidia exhaust gives out fits the celica perfect...thats just my long explainion for my exhuast...the RS*R costs less than the INvidia though if that helps your judgement out...

i also have a Invidia exhaust.. The RS-R and Invidia are the same.. The only difference that i see is that on the tip were mine says Invidia closer to the end of the tip.. The RS-R is a lil further back.. My buddy has a RSX with an RS-R exhaust. So we did a comparison one day.. They are made the same.. Use to be one company and they branch off..

Well, I get the parts at the minimum. Basically paying the cost to get the part directly from the company as a vendor. A buddy of mine ownes a shop in southern california.

yeah, i could probably hook you up, but it will probably cost you 500+ shipped. Too bad you didn't live in California otherwise it would be cheaper.

So what kind of gains are expected from the Invidia?
