also, is there another piece to that, or does it only attach to 2 of the of the strut tower bolts?

yeah, it only attaches to two of the strut towers bolts, but some strut bars do that, but thats an odd shape, ive seen some with a slight curve, but damn, what are they trying to work around, would the block be in the way, or thr battery, depending how am looking at it??

Obviously it's bent like that to avoid the battery, others add an integrated tie-down, this one apparently avoids it altogether.

Also, it'd add to the stifness a little bit too. It looks unusual, but I bet it'd get the job done.

And the hoodscoop blockage issue may be fixed by this design as well.

I like it, it's different; I may just get one. thumbsup

The only thing that makes me nervous is that it mounts on only two bolts per strut, rather than all three, it may cause some unwanted flex at the strut towers themselves.

A lot of the time ebay users use pictures for things that arent for the celica. Not sure if this is the case but if you check, the hypermotive bar that has been out does not look like that at all. I cant see them going from the old design which looks really good to that but ya never know.
