Well, you could tap in to your oil line, with a t fitting, but that might lead to some minor damage. Something that i was going for, until i ran all new stainless steel braided oil lines and did a whole custom job, was i talked to cory villani at autometer. And he sold me a line kit. What it does is simple, it remote mounts the electric sender somewhere in the engine bay. Then a silicon hose attaches to that and runs to the oil filter location. Next to the oil filter is a stock sensor mount, this kit includes an adapter that goes inbetween the stock sensor and the thread mount on the oil tank and kinda extends it out, with an added threaded hole in the middle. So now the silicon hose coming from the sender, gets threaded in there. This minimizes all tapping, and leaks, bursts, etc of the oil line. And you dont have to worry about having the sender unit mount somewhere and then the added weight breaks it off. So try that.

The electrical gauge will come with the gauge, an attached wiring that runs to the sender unit, how you hook it up from there, is up to you!
