i'm sure he'll send out your stuff he's not a dead beat guy. many people have bought stuff from him here and other celica sites, so just be patient i know it sucks but i'm 100% positive you'll get your stuff.

man. im still waiting. i saw him on sunday night over at NewCel. and pmed him. but i guess after he saw the indicator for received pms and saw my name he logged off. i've sent him text messages, that ive saved on my phone, i have pms from here and NewCel, and emails. not to mention the countless number of AIM messages. i saw him once on AIM, but he couldnt see my because i was on invisible mode. but as soon as i went on visible he logged off.  he still owes me $575 because of a problem with him shipping my Vizage front lip and sides. he's no longer on EC to answer my pms nor is he on aim, NC, online, or answering my text messages. he said he would transfer my money back via bank deposit, but he never did it. i got word from Brian that he needed my bank info again so he could send me the money now, but again, he never sent it. he text me if i had paypal, but i didnt at the time, but after i was eligible for a paypal account i text him back letting him know that i got one and that he should refund ASAP. he spent my money. i am giving him until saturday to refund me my money, all $575, or i will be forced to require the aide of the FBI just like the other members did when dunkzooyork was ripping them off. Jerry, if you are reading this, all i have to say is that you have let me down. you have a great seller reputation but you didnt keep your end of the line and pay me back. i sent you my payment ASAP, and i would expect that you do the same. you have until saturday to refund me the entire $575 before i make this a federal case. im sorry but i dont deserve this...no one does.

he told me that there was a problem in sending the kit because he was quoted/paid an underamount for the shipping so they returned the kit to him.
then i told him that i'd like a refund and he suggested that bank transfer would be easiest. if it it easy, why havent i received it yet?
why did you spend my money? why do i have to wait a long time to get my refund?
you got my payment for the kit, promised to send me the kit, kit was returned because of a shipping charge-error, promised to refund me, spent my money, and until now i havent received 1 cent!!! that my friend is a federal offense.
not only will i seek aide from the gov't, but i'll take the law into my own hands as well. i cant believe you spent my money!!!
