Ive heard that the head is different between the 03 celica and the '04... i cant find aftermarket headers for the '04. i know DC doesnt make it yet' only for the '03. Can sumone give me some companies that make headers for the 04 celica?

you have trial, trd i think...dc sports and maybe in the future tpr. that's all i know that makes the headers for us. idunno

dude nice car...if you have I/E the header aint gunna do shit from what ive heard (correct me if im wrong) so just wait for TPR (when they come out) its actaully going to give you GAINS... thumbsup

if anything, just do a polish and a small port job on your stock headers!

The headers I got, didnt really do shit, different sound was about it, I felt some power, it might of been just in my head though rofl roflIt was a waste of 300$ IMO.

yea someone posted before, not much of a difference after putting headers in our car...not worth the 3-4 hundred you spend on it.

I think it was Lucky who did the actual dyno runs...

You get a gain from the headers if you ONLY have headers. If you already have a good exhaust, the headers don't give you any gain at all. rofl

Just so you know, the actual engine is identical in the 00-05 models. Headers for 00-05 should work just fine. As far as I know, the only changes to the car were the knock sensor, dbw, and shift gates.

thanks for the input guys. im having second thoughts now about getting headers since it doesnt do much. i guess ill just wait for tpr to come out..

As I understand it, if you go with a HiFlo Cat and 3" pipe, you won't need headers.Try that with a GReddy cat back, works great on my 05 GTS. The power gain is great 4 the bucks. also, JCWhitney shows DCSports powdercoated for 04, and SUDD Performance makes stainless to 05,so...
