I have an automatic gt, I don't like it because it's slow, and automatic..
I was car-shopping for a friend today, and ran into a dark-blue gts, 6 speed, with what appeared to be an injen Short-Ram Intake, custom headers, and another enjen accessory that i'm not sure of..

But, I'm deciding on the srt4, or the gts. The only problem is the money. It will only cost me 2k more then what i will trade my car for, or I can spend the 20k on an SRT-4. Is it a major difference from the auto gt, or is it not worth upgrading to a stick gts?

Well my auto gt stock did the quarter in about 18 seconds. A 6-speed gts does it in about 15. If you know how to drive, its a significant difference. Just depends on how speed hungry you are. The srt4 is gonna have a whole lot more power and potential than the gts but the gts looks soo much better.

Well, I test- drove one today.
I think the clutch is really weird, I don't know, I guess I'm not used to it..
Also, I wanted to sell my car, buy a turbo, and keep the installation money, and then just put the rest for a down payment. How much do you think I would need to keep for a turbo + install?

why do you have 2 celicas?? we gotta baller over here..i gotta beetle and a celica...lol..but the beetles the wifeys car...IMO..the neon is fugly but its fast as hell...like a CRX..ugly but fast...but if you do plan on doing the celica with the turbo..you wont be disapointed..i think its faster than a srt-4 but i could be mistaken...just make sure you go stick..if you plan on buying a auto gts..just buy the srt4...either way..you'll get made fun of...haha..

And a RSX-S with afew Mugen pieces is faster yet! Two Celicas, one to rag, one to play in!
