Is there a big difference in the TRD springs compared to the Eibach springs? In drop, handling and comfort needs? Also do you need struts with these springs?

there is no big difference. You do not need aftermarket shock/struts, but in the long run it would be better to get some. I hope this helps thumbsup thumbsup

The TRD springs I think are slightly different than the Eibach (edit: pro kit for clarification) springs but are made by Eibach. You WILL need aftermarket struts so if you are gonna pay to get them installed, you might as well put them in at the same time. The TRD struts are the exact same thing as the kyb gr2's so if you were planning on getting the trds, you could get the kyb gr2's for cheaper.

Yes the Eibach pro kit drops about 1.2" and the trd springs drop about 1.3". I highly doubt that the sportlines ride the same. Everyone I have seen post that has them complain about the ride and talk about how they have to replace even their aftermarket struts after a while. No doubt the drop looks great.
