Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Door handle rattle on Celicas

Ok, so the celica has a nice stock Bass. For almost any song, if I turn the bass up on the stock radio/headunit to over 2, the door handles rattle like a mofo. I dont feel like buying dynamat Just for the door handles. Is there a solution for this problem? Any suggestions are appreciated..thanks

see for me its the passenger side front speaker grill that raddles. Its really pissing me off. Going to take the whoel door pannel off to try to figure somehtign out

I had a New Beetle that rattled like a junk wagon! I got a tube of red RTV and ran a thin bead on the parts that would touch. (the factory used a felt tape that lost the adhesive back over time) That's what I used in the doors. Could a pice of thin rubber or neopreme be placed under the part of the handel that is touching and making the noise?

yup, i was too lazy to do it, so i just dynamated my doors.

does anyone have a quick solution?

I have the same problem, xcept it's on my driver side door.
