now that i have my "system" i love driving my car allot more in far distances i love JL Audio

once you have a system you will never go back to stock

In a car like that Celica that generally doesn't do more than "look fast," it's probably more logical to spend money on asthetics. Sound systems actually increase values of cars, performance modification usually reduce it.

sound isnt a huge thing for me... id rather not have my shit vibrating and making everything in the car rattle after a while... all that does is make you heavier... loosen shit up inside and eventually cause hearing problems.

if its a showcar then go ahead and go ape with the sound. other than that, its not very important to me

But a sound system doesnt have to vibrate the car apart. Sometimes it is about quality, not quantity

I used to think systems are stuped but the more I drive, the more I want one. And when you go to shows and see pimp ass systems sitting in celicas with the sound so perfect it almost makes you pass out, you get the system fever

Im in the middle. Sometimes I wanna blow somebodys stereo away..but then sometimes I just want to hear the car. Depends on my mood. Nothing wrong with a nice system though

once you get a system you cant go back to stock. you have to experience it.

yeah its nice in the city but when you travel 2hrs or more, it'll put you to sleep...

when people say a system slows them down i just laugh..or maybe its bc your car is just slow or you cant shift right...if i lose a race, i dont blame it on my system..i say 9 out of 10 times if ya couldnt beat him with your system, you aint gonna beat him without it..unless you got a huge bandpass box w/2 12's and up or anytype of custom setup..

it makes me laugh when they say that it makes your car slower too... cause unless you're planning on racing that thing for money who the hell cares if your car is .003 seconds slower? frankly i'll sacrifice a couple tenths or hundredths of a second for some good sounding loud bassy music...


and to those of you who think the people with systems have them to impress you or because we want you to hear what we're listening to... get over yourselves... frankly i don't care whether anyone likes my music or not... i listen to it loud and bassy cause that's the way i like it... deal with it dangit

are you serious? it's not to show off and draw attention, at least not for me. putting amps on your speakers and adding a sub or two gets so much more out of your sound. i can't even imagine not having a sub or amp. i'm just a huge fan of music.

I listen to my Music VERY loud...I ve had a system in my car since I was 16.5 ( 1 week after I got my permit) Music is a HUGE part of my life...I like to be able to feel the music

Last car i had was only 1200cc so making it heavier wasnt gona bother me.
Have to say i miss it like crazy so il deffo put a system into the GTS.
