I'm done with engine mods, so now I'm moving onto suspension. Right now all I have is tein s.techs. Keep in mind I do not know that much at all about suspension, so what other mods can I buy to give my car that "go-cart" feel with playing on the twisties? I've heard of sways, etc. but I don't know what those are. Point me in the right direction! thumbsup

Use the search button or yahoo it. search Toyota celica sway bars.
You should also consider Front and rear strut bars and a lower tie bar.

hotchkis has svt staged packages that if you that have everything you need already included. if you get the stage 3 that is like 3 grand you'll have a totally complete package of stuff meant to work together. one thing not mentioned was alignment peices if you have a lowering of more than about an inch your going to need rear camber links these are also included in the hotchkis kit.
