angry angryI have had it with having problems with my Celica. I have just had front brakes put on and I got this hard vib. from the front. And guess what. I am missing a lug on the front right tire and I found that all the lugs on the driver front side where lose. What is up with my damn car. This will be the third time that it has been to the dealership in a month.

the celica does seem to have a few problems...BUT, those are just lugs. it's up to you to tighten them.

which is the reason all the others ones are loose?

it's more likely that you'll strip the threads before cracking a lug nut.

Go to a new dealership, and stop trying to work on the car yourself. Maybe your causing most of the all the problems your experiencing.

I am not working on it myself. I fond the lugs to be lose. So I tried to fix it. So I could take it back and it just broke. I got it fixed and was not charged anything. Hopefully I won't need to go back until I need to get the oil changed

are you going to the dealership to get your work done?

if so, this is probably the root of all your problems

What you need to do is get some garage space and do some basic maintenance on your celica. That is why things are going wrong...

I dont even think you should be complaining...if anyone has had worse luck with the celica its definatly me.But i aint playin no cryin game, im takin my shit straight to court as soon as i find where the last guy who worked on my car. Try blowin the motor, spending 6500 to get it rebuilt just to blow it up again 2 days later, then the only transportation you have is a beater 93 celica gt which blows the tranny. Now thats shitty luck for the celica.

And you know what, my 2k with the 2x blown motor...its gettin fixed b4 the 93 and i have been waitin for months-literally like 6 months to really drive it. Just got installed the AEM intake,Apexi exhaust, DC header(which i sold but will be buying again) and put the Apexi power FC on it tuned from MWR. + the weisco race pistons...but you know what i think...i lost hp when the pistons were installed because they give lower compression-11:25:1 instead of factory 11:5:1. New motor coming though. cant wait.

I think that all bad maintenance is a serious a malpratice!! These mechs are ASE certified! That obviously dousn't mean jack S**T Head knowledge and good shop pratices go hand in hand! Why doesn't more people make them accountable!!?? What is the hourly rate? $50 plus an hour?! I work on Jets for a living. If I make a mistake, I get a fine, or worse jail time!

The invoice from the garage usually says to re-torque your lugs after 30 miles or so, or return to the garage & they will do it for you.
