Hey, if i get a c/f hatch handle, its modeled after the 00-02 handle. do you think i could take off the polished part from my 04 and stick it on the c/f one? I dont wanna take off nmien till i get a new one so didnt knwo if anyone else tried this or looked at it yet?

Yes it is possible, at least to swap a 00-02 one for an 03+. Check Satoshi's website, he's got a guide on how to do it.

ye ai liek the chrome on it which is why i wanted to put it on a carobn fiber one. but it wont fit

cehck out the pic above, the 03+ has harper sides and more imporantly the silver/ chrome lining it. the 00-02 is just paint

someone should make a carbon fiber overlay for the 03+ hatch handle that keeps the chrome there with the sharper lines. that shit would be pimpin

Wait Thats not a real chrome piece on top of the 03 hatch handle, its painted on. You wont be able to swap it out because its not detachable, its one piece.

i wasnt sure or not. haddent taken it apart. thanks for the info stun if it would fit i woudl jsut cut it but it doesnt look like it would line up
