I have 1 Kumho tire left over that I used as a backup tire, but have since gone with a 40 series tire so this is no use to me anymore. There is a little bit of uneven tread ware, but it is a good back up tire until you can get a new one to replace the flat! It's a Kuhmo Ecsta Supra 35 series tire. Price is $35 plus shipping cause I am just trying to get rid of it.

I also have the stock shocks/struts, springs, and rear upper control arms. Make an offer on any of the stock parts and I'll most likely take it. All stock parts have 40k miles on them as far as I know. Unless the previous owner replaced anything early. I bought the car with 35k miles on it.
