well, i just changed the coolant in my car and i knotice that when i flused out the old coolant it didnt completly come out... and this time when i changed it i didnt used the pink one from the dealer, but just the normal one that i bought from autozone... and these are green, but when i finished putting it into my car i notice that there was still some pink ones left... My question is, is it ok to have a little mix like this...? and what should i do if its not ok...thanks!

hey man, from what i have read all over, they say that its REALLY bad to mix them and even worst to use the green one. i think you should use the toyota red one but probably can use the red one from autozone. i think its the same thing.

i had mine changed from the green to toyota red from the dealer b/c the told me that the green coolant contains something that is corrosive to our engines. but, i don't know if this is true or not?
