my friend has a 4a-ge silver-top 20v motor from japan that hes selling for $500 it comes complete w\ ECU and everything. He bought it for his corolla but didnt have the time or $$ to put it in. I also found a tranny at a really good price.
my question is, is it worth swaping my engine out? will it be a down grade for me? anybody know anything about the engine would be a great help thnx..

rofl rofl Major downgrade. Good luck spending at least 6-7k to make your car fit the corrola tranny. I think the JDM 4age's wont even do more than 140-150ps NA.
