Does the Lemon Law apply in Calif? How about Breach of Warrenty? I have had my car since last june and have had to take it in for many repairs and was wondering if I could at least file for Breach of Warrenty, can anyone here help me out?

Yeah, consult an attorney. I looked it ups a while back because my car kept getting replace through warranty. But I think I remember that in order to qualify for a lemon, the dealership would have to replace or repair the defective part more than 2 o3 times. It it is deemed still defective and if it will jeopardize the safety or your or anybodys life, then it would become a lemon. But defiantly go to an attorney and verify.
