Carbon Fiber Clock Overlay... this is a real Carbon Fiber piece which I've recently installed after taking out the clock lens for a blue conversion to match the interior lighting scheme. (Just a teaser until my interior is finally completed...)

... check my profile for the interior mod list. A few of the more secretive things I'm currently working on are conveniently not listed - Let me know what you guys think of the list and any suggestions you may have to add.

^^^ imo, the entire interior in Carbon Fiber is a bit much... Carbon accents are more striking against a black surround
- Carbon Fiber trunk setup is being investigated as we speak, however audio finalization will have to wait until the interior/exterior is completed...

I'd paint the dash, doors and etc then Carbon Fiber the roof part. I hate cars with too much Carbon Fiber. But setup like that, I'd make an exception. And custom Carbon Fiber trunk is always nice.

^^ i just prefer cars don't wrap their entire interior with carbon fiber. if most of the interior were 100% carbon fiber (not wrapped) i can appreciate it more. of course if you're all show, then it really doesn't matter. but i do have more respect for things if they use carbon fiber the way it's supposed to be used--as a lightweight part. a carbon fiber wrap just makes it slightly heavier. that said, nice going sultan you're car is coming along quite eye-opening

Thats weird it looks like the Peice that I sold you on the "other" celica site . Funny you say it was done for you by some custom Carbon Fiber shop in Cali ??? Because I remember doing the work . As for you "deciding" to distribute it or not , How the hell would you sell or distribute something you did not even have ANY part in making ??? It was done thanks to be ME in the first place ,and I sold you MY WORK for $35 .How the hell do you have any right to decide if more get made or not ? If ANYONE wants a peice EXACTLLY like Sultans I will make you one and sell it for $35 shipped ,hell maybe even cheaper ,I'll start mass producing these things. I still have the original template and can start whipping them out ASAP . The last thing I want is For this guy to have the ONLY one of these now , and BRAG ABOUT MY WORK . ANYONE & EVERYONE thats intrested in one of these contact me at khavenger@tds.net .I hate this site ,and cant wait to see the rest of your "secret" Carbon Fiber work on your interior . Your so-called "Carbon Fiber trunk enclosure" better not be Pics of mine,I'll be sure to deleate my pics right away . It might not be a big deal but I am really pissed about this . Why dont you guys give him a second to explain himself before you start trashing him all over both forums? Sultan is a really GREAT guy, Im sure theres a big misunderstanding. Plus, from reading his posts it doesnt seem like he posted this thread with the intension to sell this piece here in ecelica or it wouldve been listed in the GroupBuy section.
Yes, someone did ask him to make him one. But he stated that he wasnt willing to distribute the piece because he wanted to keep its uniqueness. Still I dont see where he claims it to be his own and it clearly states that he isnt going to sell any. So, where are you guys getting the idea that he is going to try to sell them, I just dont see it?
The only thing that I do agree with Kenny is that he didnt mention who made this piece. I feel that Kenny Heiser (proud member of the "other" celica site) wasnt given the credit that he deserves for making the piece and that is just plain WRONG but I believe that can also be easily resolved. So, just give him a second to reply.

Wow sultan. I thought it was bad enough when I helped describe to you how to put on the shifter mod and even shipped you the tool to make the shift knob sit right for free and I didnt even get a thanks or a even a reply. Shady. But this thread is funny

Also funny how he says he got it made by his so called Custom Carbon Fiber shop in cali .Why not say the truth to begin with ??? Ive been doing some reading on This guy's past Carbon Fiber posts . He acts like he knows Carbon Fiber ,but he does not know Shit.Tell me sultan what expereince do you have with Carbon Fiber , and what the hell have you done sinc:Kenny Heiser

Sinc:Kenny Heiser (proud member of the "other" celica site) kids - Not that it's necessary to have to explain myself but I feel the need to clarify a few things... First of all Kenny, you seem to be very touchy all of a sudden. My perception was that you had that shop doing all your Carbon Fiber work make this for you as a little side project and, after realizing that you didn't need it, you sold it to me. Hence, the comment about the shop. I never once took credit for its manufacture, nor did I allude to making them for others since I have no experience in the field. Even if I had mentioned that you made it, which I have no compunction against, most people don't know you since you frequent n c .org and I didn't think with all this immature squabbling between the two sites, that you wanted to be mentioned by screen name or otherwise. Also, if you think that mass producing these will in some way detract from my purchase, you're very wrong for two reasons. First, the piece you made is quality and has made a fine addition to my interior; and second, if other celica owners can benefit from your craftsmanship then more power to them... I even took the time to thank you after I had received and installed the product. In the future, please understand that leaping to the most negativistic conclusions isn't always entirely appropriate. Some people do still exist who are honest and forthright. I'm a physician with no financial concerns whatsoever and trying to take credit for a $35 mod is not only contrary to my character, but also a waste of my time in general. It may have been more appropriate to have pm'd me, granting your permission to mention your name as the fabricator. I would have gladly done so... This was not an attempt to brag about anything; simply a means of sharing another mod with the celica community as a whole. Instead, you chose to blindly hurl accusations and misconstrue remarks, paying little heed as to the consequences of your actions. You made yourself appear rude, callous, and selfish; qualities which I'm sure do not describe your demeanor as a whole. Nevertheless, this inane feud between celica sites caused you to temporarily be blinded and you immediately thought the worst. Consider that both forums are comprised of relatively the same subset of individuals. I've frequented the two on an equal basis and have found positive and negative traits alike however one fact remains: The sense of comraderie inherent in each precludes an interdependence which I believe would be more beneficial than interforum bashing and petty grievances. just imho

Don't worry about it Kenny, I realize it was simply a misunderstanding. I'm just always quick to take offense when my honesty is called in question. By the way, Sultan is my real name - I'm Persian... ... and I'm not that old. Still just barely in my twenties - Good luck on your projects. Your celi looks to be shaping up very nicely -
