If it's cracked you're going to need some fiberglass cloth and some resin. If it's chipped you can buy some fiberglass Bondo or regular Bondo and "shape it out".
Yeah the front bumper is chipped... Some smart guy backed into it and he was driving an automatic!! But its chipped where the head light meets the emblem... So any ideas on how to apply and paint is probably required...
