Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Tranny swap... GTS

ok i know that probly lots of ppl have asked this... but has anyone here ever dont a tranny swap on a 2001 celica GTS. from Auto/sportshift to a 6 speed. i want to know know much it will cost if i do it. because i just got a body kit for my car and i have no power to back it up. i heard lots of prices from $3000 to $6000. i just want to know what you guys think.

It will probably cost you about as much as it would to trade in your auto gts for a 6-speed gts...think about it.

i did think about that but my car was hella beat up (Lots of door dents).. until someone hit me and i got it all fixed with a body kit
