I would try and freeze it with some ice, then scrape it off... your 'friend' needs to be involuntarily neutered...post video

do this freeze it, but not with ice. Go to your local electronics store, and get a can of air Duster. when you turn the can upside down and spray it freezes things. So try that, I am pretty sure it will work.

Google to the rescue; couple of pages with what seems like good advice: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=best+way+to+get+gum+off+leatherRemoving gum from leather by Wonder W. Use a soft pencil eraser to "erase off" the gum from leather. It will need to be worked a little, as the gum will take on some of the rubber from the eraser, and slowly lose its grip from the leather, but the leather is not harmed. It's also good on couches, purses, shoes, etc.

Why dont you just get more gum and keep pickin at the gum on ur seat with it? The gum from the seat will stick to ur wad slowly.
