no idea but what are you powering with it? you could use a voltmeter and find out

im trying to install my shift light n i need a 12v.i was trying to hook it up to the one for the clock,but i dunno which wire it is.how much is volt meter n how do i use it?

Use the volt meter, or you can go to your cig. lighter too..im sure you can figure out the wire for that, there is only two..

the amperage varies though.
