I went to toyota and they said it would take 2 months for them to get the clips, and by them my plastic will be completely off (since it's hanging already). Is there anywhere else that I could buy those clips or would something else work to put the plastic back in it's place? When I changed my tranny fluid I took off the plastic and lost a clip, and since then 2 more clips fell off and now it's hanging and it scrapes the ground.

I had the same problem. When I was driving on the freeway, all of a sudden you could hear this loud scraping noise. My dad's going to fix it by using black zipties. But I also seen at Kragen Auto Parts, a plastic weld kit. You could dry that out?

Autozone has a rack of various clips and plastic bolts...the ones labelled "Toyota" are a little lightweight IMO...they let me bring several types out to my Celi for fitment, and the ones labelled "GMC" work great for underbody and engine plastics!! 12 for $2.99! sh-zammmm grin thumbsup

Yeah, I was in a Pepboys awhile back looking for clips, and noticed the GM ones were the closest to the ones used on the Celica.
