Celica Forums General Discussion Engine and Performance turbo

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF SOMEONE MAKES A TURBO KIT, LIKE A BOLT ON KIT OR WHAT NOT, FOR A 2000 CELICA GT OR DOES IT HAVE TO BE A CUSTOM JOB?
ALSO IS THAT THE BEST AND OR ONLY WAY TO GET MORE POWER BESIDES NOS?

Answer to your question is yes and the best for our cars (GT or GTS) is C2Power. Their website is www.c2power.com [c2power.com] They are awesome and have great customer service.

NOS Is a brand of a Nitrous Kit and their are many other companys that have Nitrous (or N2O) kits out there. Zex, NX etc.

C2 Turbo is almost a true bot on application. You do have to cut the exhaust and weld it back together though.

whatever you do don't do the caps. i did it my first week here and got murdered by everybody.

yea right now c2 is the only kit available aside from a custom job. not sure if da sports is still selling theres, but i wouldnt recommend it from all the negative comments ive heard about it. the c2 kit is easily upgradable and they have great customer service and put up great numbers.

Also, The head guy at C2, Gaspar Kovacs, drives a turbo'd celica, so he's tested and tuned everything he sells. You can be guaranteed quality with the kit.
