Can anybody tell me where I can buy some cold cathodes? Are they hard to install? I ran a search but all I could find was pictures.

yea i bought all my cold cathodes from svc. this shows how to put htem in https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/thread.f_1869836811_0_collapsed_2__1.htmlI have 2 12"ers in frtont footwells, 2 4"ers in the back seat, and 1 4"er behind my ac gauges. now the only issue witht hem is becsaue they are made for PC the switch is pci slot switch, not the black toggle that shown in the pic. So if you see in my profile i bought some fighter switches and put them next to my shifter

Ok, thanks guys  . On the site, the only 6" CCFL tubes I can find are the purple ones. Do they not make red ones?

if this is for the ac gauges jsut use 4" they are a tad bigger on the ends then neon. i hear though, that red is kinda light and almsot looks pink with cold cathodes. to fix it you can use a bit of red celophane over it to make it more red

12". then i have 4" tubes int eh back seat. and 1 4" behind ac knobs

i dont have a pic of jsut them. they are actually attached to the back of the console. you can see in the pic them reflecting off the back of the seats. sorry no pic of jsut them

get all my cold cathodes for car, as well as computer from http://www.svc.com/ccfltubes.html . great prices and shipping. fast adn reliable. you can find same prices on ebay but thse guys seem to do a great job and have a nice selection
