Does anyone know anything about the Tien Super Street coils and the EDFC, because they have really caught my eye and changed my mind about getting air suspension.

umm well i hope you dont think the EDFC will let you raise and lower the ride height cause it doesnt. only adjusts the damper force. thats actually the same setup i was lookin at as well, id say if you got the money, go for it. tein is a very reputable company thumbsup
compared to air suspension though, you will get a better ride by being able to adjust the dampening force from the EDFC in the car, but you wont be able to change the ride height with the push of a button. ur gonna have to jack the car up, take off the wheel, and adjust the coilover. but in my opinion the celica just doesnt look good on bags, coilovers is what you want and what the celica will perform best on thumbsup

Since nobody is speaking up, I will.

Tein SS won't work with the EDFC. Only the SS-P will work at roughly $1230 plus the EDFC at roughly $350 and you get = $1580. That amount of money could go towards a better coilover like Jic or go the distance for Zeal (I figure you won't ever need those) or the SS-P with some Hotchkis comp sway bars and a front strut bar.
The EDFC is a marketing scam from Tein. If you get the SS-P's or anything (Hotchkis springs and Koni shocks...etc.) no one will know, unless on a lift or a first hand inspection up close so forget the name/bling factor.
Coilovers aren't a show piece and aren't meant to lower your ride whenever you want.

I have Teins... who cares. No one notices and I only have invoked their power ever so often...

Its funny that you say that because air bags are becoming HUGE in Japan because of that exact same thing. You may be ahead of the curve if you went with airbags. But for me (I have a 240sx) I would personally go with HKS if they make it for the Celica.
