I currently have my '92 celica torn apart replacing the audio, and I noticed that my 6 1/2" speakers wont fit the back (ive seen other threads where people have had similar problems) Problem is, I have limited time to work on something and I have a long drive tommorow.

Should I just tear apart the factory speakers or have some dremeling fun? Or, is there another option I have not seen?

Thanks in advance

well let's look at it realistically, the stock speakers suck and really aren't worth that much. Destroy them.
